Future talks

We are putting together a programme of Zoom talks up to and including July, and hope we will be able to resume our meetings in the Cygnet room behind the Swan in September.

We follow that with a talk on 3rd June by Roger Tabor, discussing the Lost Royal Buildings of Essex.

Martin Cable, Watch Manager, will talk about Maldon Fire Station; Past, present and future on 1st July.

The list of speakers from September onwards currently includes Fiona Craven on The Border Force, John Lowe on the Museum of Power, Elphin Watkin on All Saints Tower and Adrian Wright on Railways in Art.

Where we meet

When we can resume our talks in person, we will meet in the Cygnet Room, behind the Swan Hotel in Maldon High Street.

Zoom talks

In the meantime, we will hold our talks via Zoom. Members can register for each talk by clicking on the links shown above.
